I ordered an iPhone 16 case and first received an iPhone 15 case which wouldn’t fit, of course. I replied back to 2 different emails from CaseFit to notify them of the situation and get directions on how to return it and get what I actually ordered. I never got a response. A few days after the second email, I decided to contact customer service through the website directly. I used the chat and got an answer fairly quickly. At first, the person thought I wanted to change my order to get an iPhone 15 case, which was a bit frustrating because I had mentioned that it wasn’t my order that was wrong, but rather what they had sent me. The mistake was theirs and not mine. So I repeated that what I really wanted was to return the useless case I had received and get what I actually ordered and paid for. The support person finally understood and informed me that they would send me the iPhone 16 case with a return envelope for the iPhone 15 one I had initially received, which all arrived very quickly.
I like the case, it seems sturdy enough, it surely looks the part. The only problem is that the ring is hooked too tight and I can’t pop it out with my nails. So I had to add a string to it to pop it out more easily, at least until it loosens up a little. Otherwise, MagSafe works fine, so good case all in all.
